Raised blood pressure, high cholesterol and early diabetes can develop for years without any symptoms. Screening is a chance to detect them early, while they are simpler to manage or reverse.
We offer two levels of screening, so you can match the depth of the assessment to the role: a wellness check across the whole workforce, or a fuller assessment for staff in demanding roles.
Both are carried out at your premises by our occupational health advisors. Each person receives individual health advice and a confidential report.

Health surveillance is a legal requirement for employees exposed to specific workplace hazards such as noise, vibration or hazardous substances, and monitors the effect of those exposures over time. Wellness screening is voluntary – it looks at general health and lifestyle risk factors such as blood pressure, cholesterol, diabetes risk and psychological wellbeing. We offer both.
Wellness screening is arranged by employers for their staff. For a health assessment of your own, the executive health assessment at our Dorking clinic is open to individuals.
For the essential screen we typically see 15–20 employees per clinic day, and for the comprehensive assessment around 8. We can arrange several clinic days to cover the whole workforce.
Yes. Individual results are shared only with the employee. The employer receives an anonymised report of workforce-level trends, and no individual is identified.
The person is advised in confidence and recommended to see their GP for further investigation.
Yes. Running vaccination alongside a screening day means employees attend once rather than twice. We also give hepatitis B, tetanus and travel vaccinations on site.
Yes. The comprehensive assessment includes the PHQ-9 and GAD-7 questionnaires. Results are confidential to the individual, and we can point to further support through your occupational health or employee assistance programme.
